The training provided by RONA FabShops is not limited to technical skills, but includes all sorts of personal, social and eco-responsible skills to help young people develop as members of the workforce and as responsible citizens.

Created in 1998, the RONA Foundation has always served the needs of young people so they can build a better, fairer and healthier world. Through its focus on fundraising, the Foundation supports registered charitable organizations whose activities match its vision of youth development and personal accomplishment.
